Equity In Compensation 

To help do our part in providing our community with fairly paid, living-wage jobs, Cake Life has committed to a minimum global pay of $15/hour (plus tips for non-managerial employees).
We believe in equal pay for equal work. In order to prevent social privileges from impacting pay rates for the same position, past wages will not be considered, and wages are negotiable only for education, training, or experience that goes well beyond the position requirements. 
In keeping with equity-based best practices, Cake Life does not provide performance-based compensation; instead, Cake Life offers a guaranteed annual 2% raise and bonus to ALL employees. Considering the difficult economic landscape, our annual bonus is currently modest, but will grow with us, ensuring that employees benefit from Cake Life’s success over time.
